Winemaking

Fermented with natural yeasts and made in classic, minimal interventionist manner with no extended skin maceration. All the components were vinified separately and matured for 18 months in a selection of first, second, third and fourth fill French oak barrels and racked at intervals as necessary.

Tasting Notes

This wine has aromas of plum, dark berries and hint of truffle. The palate shows vibrant freshness and balance. It’s a medium bodied wine with a smooth and long finish.
