Tasting Notes

Crisp and fresh, this wine is perfect for light summer lunches or to be enjoyed on its own. Golden apple and butter crumble, made with lime zest, cinnamon and cream. Bright light yellow, flavours of apricot, melon. Undertone of honey “heuning blommetjies”, golden delicious apples. Flinty acidity, lemon grass, long finish and good balance.
