Aslina Méthode Cap Classique Brut 2019 – (Champagne-styled Blanc de Blanc)

Winemaking

The grapes were handpicked in February 2019. The wine was matured in contact with the lees for an average of five years.

Tasting Notes

Crafted with meticulous patience, this Méthode Cap Classique spent an average of five years resting gracefully on the lees, allowing time to weave its quiet magic. The result is a sparkling wine of remarkable poise and finesse. In the glass, a pale golden hue shimmers with fine, persistent bubbles that speak of its lengthy maturation. The nose is inviting and layered — delicate notes of freshly sliced green apple and cool cucumber unfold, followed by subtle whispers of toasted brioche and butterscotch. On the palate, it dances between tension and indulgence. Vibrant citrus and lime zest bring a youthful energy, gracefully supported by a rich, creamy texture that nods to its lees aging. The finish is long, elegant, and satisfyingly dry, revealing a refined minerality that lingers. A mere 600 bottles were produced — each an expression of precision, patience, and artistry.
