We accept returns and/or give refunds on the following grounds:
- you have received the wrong product;
- you did not receive one of the products ordered;
- the bottles were broken; or
- the product has a fault (subject to verification).
If you wish to return a product and/or obtain a refund, you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving the order, and in the case of (i) above, the bottle must be unopened.
Refunds will be made within 5 working days via the same method of payment by which the original purchase was made.
We are selling high-quality products, and with only around 2% of wines being corked, we do not expect that our wines will be corked since most of our wines have screwcaps. If, however, you think your wine is corked (the wine tastes of cork), please contact us the same day so we can arrange for an expert to taste the wine and verify whether the wine is, in fact, corked. The findings of our expert are final. Any corked bottles you wish to return must be 3/4 full, otherwise we will not accept the return.
We do not take responsibility if a product suffers damage due to misuse, improper handling or incorrect storage.
There are no returns or refunds on sale items or discounted promotions unless a breakage has occurred during delivery.
