Delivery Policy

Time of Delivery

We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

Delivery hours are between 09:00 hours and 21:00 hours.

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 14:00 hours will be delivered the following working day.

Orders placed Mon-Fri after 14:00 hours will be delivered after one business day.

Delivery Costs

Our delivery costs are as follows:

FREE for orders of S$300 or above;
S$20 for orders between S$200 and S$299; and
S$25 for orders of S$199 and below.

Delivery Arrangements

Our driver will contact you before arriving to make sure you are home. If you are not at home, we will ask for authorization to leave your delivery at your doorstep or with the security guard or concierge at your place of residence. In that instance, we will send you a photograph as evidence of the delivery.

Please note that all our deliveries are restricted to Singapore.

Express Deliveries

Express deliveries can be delivered within same day, provided order is placed prior to 10:00 Mon-Fri. The express delivery fee is S$45, and subject to driver availability.
