Winemaking

Grapes were handpicked at optimum ripeness at the end of February 2023. Wine was left on the lees for 6 months. All done in a stainless steel tank. Bottled in September 2023.

Tasting Notes

A vibrant wine with aromas of green apple and fresh citrus, leading to a refreshing palate of tropical fruits and bright acidity. Delicious citrus characters, herbaceous and lemon zesty palate. It has beautiful complexity and depth and a unique lingering silky finish.
