Grown on Table Mountain sandstone soil, the grapes were harvested at a balling of 21.6. The wine was vinified with a focus on preserving freshness and varietal character, and matured for 6 months on the lees to enhance texture and complexity, typical of Lothian’s artisanal winemaking approach.
