Winemaking

All grapes were harvested in small crates and kept overnight in the cold room. We process all our white grapes with dry ice to safe guard the beautiful aromas the cultivar has to offer. Fermentation took place for 11 days in stainless and were transferred to 400 and 500 barrels to further mature on the fine lees for 3 months before filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes

The wine enchants with dancing aromas of lychee, orange blossom, and tropical fruit. The bouquet is richly layered with citrus and green apple, complemented by notes of pineapple, dried lemon, and a subtle caramel fudge element. On the palate, it is vibrant and textured, balancing aromatic intensity with a smooth, elegant finish. The vibrant acidity and complexity create a harmonious synergy, expressing both freshness and depth.
