Winemaking

100% Chardonnay harvested in small crates by hand, early morning. Kept in the cold room overnight before being processed and pressed immediately. Fermented in tanks before maturing further in 228 litre barrels. Matured in French oak for 9 months, 44% new wood. Further matured in bottle for 6 months.

Tasting Notes

This Chardonnay offers a complex bouquet featuring ripe peach, zesty citrus, and delicate orange peel, framed by subtle toasty brioche and flinty minerality. The palate is full-bodied yet balanced, revealing rich stone fruit flavors within a creamy texture and bright tangy acidity. Oak aging contributes nuanced vanilla and caramel notes, culminating in a long, smooth finish that speaks to the wine’s sculpted complexity and finesse.
