Winemaking

Various selected blocks were used for this wine and picked at optimum ripeness. Only free run juice was used and cold fermented. After fermentation the wine was kept on the fi­ne lees until ­final bottling preparations.

Tasting Notes

This wine has an abundance of tropical flavours, with undertones of green fig and gooseberries. Tropical fruit carries through on the palate with a well-balanced acid on the finish.
