Special selection blocks were picked to ensure only the best grapes are used to produce Duke No5. The White Pinotage, a red grape varietal, treated as a white grape in the cellar. Hand pressing took place, slightly earlier than usual, with juice and skins separated early on, ensuring a crisp white colour.

Tasting Notes

A crisp and fresh white Pinotage, presenting strawberry, cherry and red berry aromas on the nose whilst delivering plenty of juicy fruit on the pallet. A uniquely elegant and aromatic profile.
