Winemaking

The grapes were harvested in small crates and kept overnight in a cold room before being processed and sorted the following day. Fermentation took place on the skins for 7 days, after which the wine was pressed and transferred to tank, with alternative wood added to further enhance the distinctive aromas of these cultivars. French oak and 40 % US alternatives for 10 months.

This vibrant, ruby-hued Carménère enchants the senses with captivating aromas of cloves, nutmeg, and cocoa, intertwined with ripe blackberries and plums. On the palate, luscious fruit blends harmoniously with gentle spice, creating warmth and depth.
