This bold wine is a true reflection of a modern day Cabernet Sauvignon, showing typical cultivar characteristics with perfumed aromas of dark berries. It is well known that vines grown under dry land conditions produce red wines which are naturally rich and darker in color.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet with a purple core. Showing typical cultivar characteristics with perfumed aromas of dark berries, cigar box, pepper and eucalyptus. Cassis, blackberry, capsicum, tomato-leaf and cigar-box on the nose. Palate is rich, powerful and layered. A great refined wine that has finesse, elegance and will age for ages.
