Winemaking
The grapes were picked at optimum maturity and fermented dry on the skin at 24 degrees Celsius. Thereafter the free run portion was aged in oak barrels for 14 months.
Tasting Notes
A bright ruby red Pinotage with elegant flavours of ripe plum, cherries and blackberries. Hints of strawberry carries through on the palate with subtle oak finishing the mouthfeel.
