Winemaking

A selection of di­fferent pre-selected vineyards. The grapes were picked at optimum maturity and fermented dry on the skin at 26 degrees Celsius. Thereafter the free run portion was aged in oak barrels for 12-14 months.

Tasting Notes

Warm and inviting nutty aromas are nuanced with wood, smoke and spice. A palate of ripe red berry fruit complemented by smooth structured tannins.
