Bosman ‘Nature & Sun’ Grenache Noir 2023

Bosman ‘Nature & Sun’ Grenache Noir 2023

Winemaking

Hand harvested on 17th February 2023. Destemmed to stainless steel tank. Natural fermentation, with pressing at 5° balling (total time on skins 4 days). Uninoculated malolactic fermentation. No additions of acidity. Unoaked. The intention was seeking the fine tension and clarity of young vine-fruit.

Tasting Notes

This wine presents a ruby hue with a subtle garnet rim and delicate aromas of violet, raspberry, and red plum, accented by light herbal and earthy hints reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub and wild herbs. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, and softly textured, showing moderate acidity and gentle tannins. The overall character is clean, fresh, and pure, focusing on red fruit brightness over power, with a lively, lean finish.
