Winemaking
The grapes were handpicked in March 2019 at optimum ripeness. The wine was in wood for 16 months. 25% of the wine in 1st fill barrels, and rest in 2nd and 3rd fills. It was bottled in December 2020.
Tasting Notes
A full-bodied wine with hints of minty characters, cigar box and lots of dark fruits. Bold palate with chewy tannins.
